What is the nightly rate for boarding my dog?

$25 per night, per dog.

What times can i drop my dog off or pick my dog up from the kennel?

Our facility operates by appointment only. We offer morning appointments everyday between 8-10am. We offer evening appointments everyday, except Saturdays, between 5-6pm.

What do i need to bring for my dog's stay?

All of their stuff: food, food + water bowls, bedding or blankets, toys, treats, etc. Dogs who are surrounded by familiar items tend to feel more comfortable, especially if they are being boarded for the first time.

How Do I schedule a stay?

We have an in-depth booking process for all dogs staying with us for the first time. The deadline to complete the booking process is no later than one week prior to the drop off date. To get started: Submit the "Kennel Inquiry" form and we will contact you within 48hrs to let you know if we have availability and tell you what steps to take next.

what is the prescreening visit?

It is part of our booking process where you and your dog visit the facility beforehand. It's a great way for you guys to become familiar with us, the facility, and our policies before the drop off appointment. It ensures that we are able to handle your dog as we are very hands-on and must interact with your dog numerous times per day in order to properly care for them in our facility. 

What vaccinations are required?

Bordetella (Kennel Cough), Distemper/Parvo (DHLPP), and Rabies.
Vaccinations must be up to date for the entire duration of your dogs' stay.

Do you have any breed restrictions?

All breeds are welcome here at Koon Homestead Kennels. We will assess your dog's behavior during the prescreening visit and either accept or decline them at that time. 

is the nightly rate still the same if my dogs are boarded together?

Yes. We do not offer an multi-dog discounts at this time.
