The Koon Homestead is home to a few small businesses located on four acres on the outskirts of Union City, Indiana. The property has been in the family since 1963 and has belonged to us since 2014. Over the last few years, we have really started making this homestead our own and building our life around it with dogs, businesses, and our small family farm.
